Professionalism is stressed to all our staff. Employees are to be in uniform at all times when at work; they are to be neat, clean, and courteous to anyone they encounter.

MCC quality control personnel conduct inspections and complete evaluation forms for every account. We utilize these forms to identify quality issues which must be remedied and/or the need for further employee training. 

We take security very seriously at MCC, not only for our customers, but for our employees as well. Part of onboarding with MCC is our security protocols for all of our customers. Our employees go through a background check prior to being placed in any account. We are fully bonded and insured.

MCC utilizes a two-part inspection system in order to ensure that our work is performed to the high standard we've set for ourselves. Daily inspections are conducted by site supervisors in order to inspect for quality of work, record when work is performed, and to identify potential areas to improve. Separately, weekly inspections are performed by a quality control manager to provide a fresh outside perspective on our contracts and to provide the site supervisors with additional feedback.

 MCC is a FAC-114 vendor, which means that we use green cleaning products that have been independently third party certified and approved by the state of Massachusetts. We provide our cleaners with reusable supplies wherever possible, thereby reducing environmental waste.
